About This Trail

A 6-mile paved trail spanning Kent Island from Terrapin Park to Kent Narrows, passing through farmlands, meadows, and wetlands with Chesapeake Bay views. Wooden bridges cross creeks teeming with waterfowl, making this flat Eastern Shore route excellent for birding and cycling.

Getting There

From the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, continue east on US-50/301 to Kent Island. Exit at Terrapin Nature Park for the eastern trailhead, or continue to Kent Narrows for the western trailhead off Jackson Creek Road.
