About This Trail

A scenic 5.4-mile loop climbing past the 124-foot Falls of Lana on Sucker Brook, then circling pristine Silver Lake in the Moosalamoo National Recreation Area. The route connects to Rattlesnake Cliffs for some of Vermont’s finest panoramic views over Lake Dunmore and the surrounding mountains.

Getting There

From Brandon, take VT-73 east to VT-53 south toward Lake Dunmore. The Falls of Lana trailhead is on the left side of VT-53, just before the Branbury State Park entrance, in the Moosalamoo National Recreation Area.
