Hickory Creek Trail
A long trail through the western part of the Cohutta Wilderness
The trail has either-end access; a western trailhead is located at the end of FS 630 and a northern trailhead just past the northern trailhead of East Cowpen Trail.
For the short distance from the time Hickory Creek Trail reaches the Cosanauga River until it reaches Bray Field, Hickory Creek Trail and Cosanauga River Trail share one path.
Many hikers choose to hike only the portion of the trail that leads to Bray Field. The trail is not a strenuous hike in either direction.
