About This Trail
Paralleling Hurricane Creek for half a mile before ascending to 3,050-foot Hurricane Knob, this 1.1-mile loop crosses two wooden bridges in Jefferson National Forest. Easy Appalachian Trail access lies within a half mile, making it a convenient warm-up hike near Sugar Grove, Virginia.
