About This Trail
This 2.1-mile loop at the 150-acre James Farm Ecological Preserve in Ocean View passes through seven distinct habitats, from maritime forest and restored meadows to salt marshes and Indian River Bay shoreline. Three observation platforms, a boardwalk beach crossing, and over 4,000 planted reforestation trees enhance this free, wheelchair-accessible preserve managed by the Center for the Inland Bays.
