About This Trail
A 3.7-mile forest extension connecting the Estivant Pines old-growth sanctuary to ridge terrain near the tip of the Keweenaw Peninsula. The trail passes through stands of ancient white pine and boreal forest with filtered Lake Superior views. A quieter continuation beyond the popular Estivant Pines loops for those seeking additional mileage.
