About This Trail

A 4.5-mile round trip through shaded Lye Brook Wilderness in the Green Mountain National Forest leads to one of Vermont’s tallest waterfalls at 125 feet. The trail follows an old logging railroad grade through dense hardwood forest with a gradual climb paralleling the brook.

Getting There

From Manchester, take Route 11/30 east a quarter mile to East Manchester Road. Follow it south 1 mile, turn left on Glen Road, then bear right onto Lye Brook Access Road to the trailhead parking.
