About This Trail
Easy loop trails across the open fields and river corridors of Monocacy National Battlefield near Frederick, with eight walking trails covering different phases of the 1864 battle. The Thomas Farm and Brooks Hill loops total up to 7.6 miles through farmland and along the Monocacy River.
