About This Trail

An easy walk along the rim of Vermont’s deepest gorge, where glacial meltwater carved a 165-foot chasm in the bedrock over 13,000 years ago. The trail offers dramatic overlooks of the Ottauquechee River far below, with access from a visitor center and the historic Quechee Gorge Bridge.
