Short boardwalk path near Mammoth Cave’s Historic Entrance leading to the spot where the River Styx emerges from underground. Rangers lead guided walks past this spring where groundwater discharges from the cave system into the Green River.

Getting There

From Cave City, take I-65 south to Exit 53, then follow signs west on KY-70 to Mammoth Cave National Park. The River Styx Spring Trail begins near the park visitor center off Mammoth Cave Parkway.
