About This Trail
Beginning at Old Forge Recreation Area at 2,160 feet, this creekside trail follows Jennings Creek through stands of buckeye, poplar, hemlock, and sugar maple. A swimming hole at the base of a falls and connections to the Cowbell Hollow Trail up Round Knob add variety to this Bald Mountains route.
