About This Trail
A short 0.9-mile trail from the parking area on H-58 to Sable Falls, where Sable Creek tumbles through a wooded ravine surrounded by sand dunes near Grand Marais. A wooden staircase descends to viewing platforms at the base of the falls. Unique for its dune-and-waterfall setting at the eastern end of Pictured Rocks.
