About This Trail
A 1.4-mile easy loop along boardwalks and packed trails through Sand Point’s marsh and Lake Superior shoreline near the Pictured Rocks visitor center in Munising. Rich bird habitat with frequent sightings of waterfowl, shorebirds, and songbirds. The flat, accessible trail offers open lake scenery and is ideal for families and birders.
