About This Trail
Climbing from Horse Creek Recreation Area to Cold Spring Mountain along the Appalachian Trail, this cove trail passes small waterfalls and cascades on Sarvis Creek. Wildflowers flourish in spring beneath hemlocks, rhododendrons, and mature hardwoods in the Bald Mountains backcountry.
