About This Trail
A moderate route to the 1,653-foot Sunrise Mountain overlook in Stokes State Forest, capped with a stone pavilion built by the Civilian Conservation Corps in the 1930s. The summit offers panoramic views over the Kittatinny Valley and the Pocono ridges of Pennsylvania. Accessible via both trail and road.
