Just 200 feet of paved, wheelchair-accessible path leads to an observation deck with views of the 57-foot Blackwater Falls, tinted amber by tannic acid from hemlock and spruce needles. Fall foliage season offers the most dramatic overlook perspective at this popular Tucker County destination.
