About This Trail
A brief descent through hemlock, spruce, and dense rhododendron leads to a fenced platform with postcard views up and down Blackwater Canyon. Late June rhododendron blooms and peak fall foliage make this 0.3-mile trail one of the most photographed viewpoints in all of West Virginia.
