About This Trail
This 2.3-mile gentle loop on the bay side of Cape Henlopen State Park offers broad views across the Delaware Bay toward Cape May, New Jersey, on mixed sand-packed and crushed-stone surfaces. The route passes through low dune vegetation and maritime shrub with chances to spot brown pelicans, terns, and the Cape May-Lewes Ferry on the horizon.
