About This Trail
This 3.2-mile wide multi-use loop follows easy grades through Cape Henlopen’s coastal forest, connecting key park areas on a paved surface suitable for cycling, walking, and strollers. Free loaner bikes are available at the Seaside Nature Center courtesy of the Friends of Cape Henlopen, making this an accessible option for exploring the park’s maritime woodland interior.
