About This Trail

Hugging the shores of Swift Creek Lake through Pocahontas State Park, this 4-mile hiking-only trail features benches with beautiful water views along the route. Moderate inclines, tree roots, and creek crossings add variety to this popular Richmond-area trail funded in part by REI and Dominion Energy.

Getting There

From Midlothian, take US-360 west to Genito Road. Head south to Chesterfield County's Pocahontas State Park entrance. The Co-op Trail is accessible from the park's trail system off Beach Road.
