About This Trail

A 2-mile boardwalk and forest trail winding through Acadia’s Great Meadow Wetland, a 100-acre network of streams, ponds, and birch-hemlock groves. The level path is one of Acadia’s best birdwatching routes in spring and summer, connecting Sieur de Monts to the Hemlock Path through a quiet, forested corridor.
