About This Trail

A 3.8-mile loop through 1,800-acre Negwegon State Park, one of the most remote and pristine parks on Michigan’s Lake Huron shore between Harrisville and Alpena. Three interconnected trails lead to unspoiled shoreline, hidden bays, and sugar sand beaches that you may have entirely to yourself. The park’s isolation ensures exceptional solitude and natural beauty.
