About This Trail
A 2.5-mile shoreline route to the Peninsula Point Lighthouse ruins on the Garden Peninsula in Delta County, with sweeping views across Big Bay de Noc and Green Bay. The area is a critical stopover for migrating monarch butterflies in September. Easy terrain through mixed forest with Lake Michigan beach access and historical lighthouse foundations.
