About This Trail
A 4.1-mile forest loop near the Pere Marquette River in Mason County, following the banks of one of Michigan’s premier blue-ribbon trout streams. The trail winds through pine and hardwood forest with river access points and gentle grades. A peaceful woodland hike near Ludington with seasonal wildflowers and frequent wildlife sightings.
