About This Trail
A 5-mile wooded loop connecting two small glacial lakes in McKean County, passing through quiet hemlock and hardwood forest with lakeside camping opportunities. The trail circles both lakes with gentle terrain suitable for families and beginning backpackers. The campground forest setting offers a peaceful overnight base for exploring the surrounding Allegheny National Forest trail network.
