About This Trail
Named for the Yaupon Holly whose red berries feed birds and small mammals, this trail winds through Myrtle Beach State Park’s rare maritime forest. Live oaks, magnolias, and sea oats line the path to the beach, with excellent birding throughout this coastal Heritage Trust Site.
