An 8.3-mile backcountry loop around Craig Lake in Michigan’s most remote state park, spanning over 9,700 wilderness acres in Baraga County. The trail passes six inland lakes and rolling ridges through pristine boreal forest far from roads and cell service. High-clearance four-wheel-drive vehicles strongly recommended for the rugged access road.
