About This Trail
This 1.8-mile easy pondside trail at the Fresh Pond tract of Delaware Seashore State Park offers birding and wetland interpretive views near Bethany Beach. The route passes through young forest and open meadows with views of Beach Cove on Indian River Bay, featuring a crushed-stone surface that transitions to sand in places along the western sections.
