About This Trail
This 1.3-mile interpretive trail near Prime Hook’s visitor center winds through wooded uplands adjacent to freshwater marshes, with environmental education displays explaining the refuge’s 10,000-acre coastal ecosystem. The easy route connects to a photography blind trail where visitors can observe wildlife from an enclosed blind on a first-come, first-served basis.
